I'm a 50 year-old guy, living on a beach in Ventura County, CA, about an hour north of Los Angeles. I'm an avid outdoorsman, love camping, hiking and long-distance cycling. I've been a professional photographer in fashion and entertainment, a professional food critic for a Food Network show, and all along, I've worked in a legal field, helping medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers meet FDA requirements and keep their products safe. I've been fortunate to have traveled around the world enough to fill three passport books, ziplined in Singapore, had dinner on the Eiffel Tower, viewed the wonder of London from atop the London Eye, crawled the coffee houses in Amsterdam, and crawled the pubs in Temple Bar, stood on the same soil, walked the halls of the dormitories, and breathed the air in the gas chambers at the Dachau concentration camp where thousands of Jews were murdered, I've stood feet away from the Mona Lisa, and was once evacuated from my hotel room in Belfast, because a pipe bomb exploded in the pub on the ground level. I've flown hundreds of thousands of miles and have been to more than 60 cities around the world, all told. My favorite places will always be Dublin, Amsterdam, and London. I've been to all three more than 30 times alone.

What an honor. Mickey Mouse gave me the most beautiful copy of a letter that he sent to the people who give out a thing called the Nobel prize.

He said, "I have nominated you, respectfully, on behalf of the Magic Kingdom. I am asking them to give you the Nobel peace prize."

    I said, "Thank you."

After Shinzo Abe and Donald Trump left the room, Mickey and I sat down to discuss world peace and had a very long handshake.
