Home made high protein tea biscuits, smash fruit jam and dark cacao beverage. For the Jam:

2 cups fruit of choice
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs fruit pectin
Cook down fruit and chia seeds, add pectin, mix, refrigerate, Viola! Sugar free jam.

For the drink:
2 tbs dark cacao (not cocoa powder)
8 oz home made nut milk of choice
2 tbs @Taroni sugar free macadamia chocolate syrup

For the #tea biscuits
1 cup unfed sourdough starter
1.5 cups bread flour
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 cup cold nut milk of choice
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cream of tartar
4 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
Bake at 450 15 mins

So, when I want vegan ramen in #LasVegas and don’t want all the calories of @jinyaramenbar I make it at home, as I have to do for so many things these days. But yummy.
