    I make a similar recipe in 20 minutes using a microwave. I used to stuff them with meat but now I use some soy meat. I use half of a Kabocha, then I put a ton of wasabi salt after I take the seeds out. Line the bottom with wasabi soy sauce. Then I stuff it with soy meat and canned lentils. Then I put the half a kabocha with the "meat" in it in a microwave safe bowl. Put some water on the bottom. Seal the top of the dish with saran wrap. Then I microwave it at 700 watts for 18 minutes.

    Careful cutting Kabocha. Many people go to ER from kabocha cutting mishaps.
